The first thing you have to consider is that the Telepass physically belongs to the Società Autostrade which is federal. The Comune di Firenze which is local deals with the rest. This is why you cannot see any fines beacuse they are city regulated. Who issued your parking permit?
As for the billing, if you set it up on your credit card, then yes, they will charge your credit card every billing period. A reason why you get the recharge message might be that you placed it in the wrong spot on your windsheild or it may be defective - check with the Punto Blu. |
