wanted - short term small affordable accommodation

I have a small 2 bedroomed appartment just outside Lucca.which I share with my daughter.. It is fully decorated , all new, rustic and very beautiful. there is parking outside and a terrace . there are 20 steps up to the appartment but not steep. the property sits beside a main road so there is a little traffic noise but its very convenient being 10 minutes from Lucca, 30 minutes from Pisa etc... train station within 5 minutes!!

It is my family home and I would require personal details... however I am travelling to Ireland this December from 20th Dec until 10 January and would consider letting my beautiful little home whilst I am away. for the total period of 30 days I would ask 1000 euro 500euro to be paid in advance into my personal account here in Italy and the remainder,to be paid in cash on collecting key.

I've a fully equipped apartment for rent in a small village 15 min drive to Pisa and Lucca, available from March on. It's on the ground floor of a XVI Century villa with walled large and quite garden around; my family and I'm living on the first floor, low season nice price available.
