Could anyone tell me the names of the big pharmaceutical companies who have a presence in Tuscany. I seem to remember that there were a lot of them moving to Siena at one point and I am sure that there are some near Florence.

Eli-Lilly is in Sesto Fiorentino-Florence. Just opened a huge department for diabetes.

And of course, Eli Lilly in Sesto Fiorentino.
Does this mean they will be looking for staff to work at the new department?
